Finished Object!

OK--it's about one month per finished object if not more? Oh well...I do what I can do :)

The shawl is being blocked!!! A few photos for your viewing pleasure but I don't have a lot of light where I am blocking it so colors really aren't showing up. Once it's dry, I'll take it outside for a photo shoot and I'll post the specs then. I'm excited--in my humble opinion it turned out nice and I'm very pleased with my first shawl!

Pre-Blocked:
Blocking:
A close-up to maybe show color better??
It may not be completely dry before I leave for Alaska Tuesday night and even if it does, I may not have time to take pictures. So good photos will have to wait until this weekend. But I was so happy to have a finished project that I had to post blocking shots! OK...back to work.

GORGEOUS! Can you share the pattern and your yarn choice? Just think how snuggly that's going to feel this winter, when you're curled up next to the fire with a great book!
